I still hold my hopes and dreams in my thoughts and find if I do not reflect on them everyday as I always did….I begin feeling fearful. Yes, I absolutely agree….fear is a terrible feeling and I must see the beauty around me everyday in my children, my friends, my memories, my future, music, the beauty of nature and God.

As long as I keep that focus I am okay.
